His talent for building tools that turn complex data into actionable insight is the technical foundation of Promarix. He holds a BS in Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.

Tom Chia, Ph.D., J.D. is an intellectual property attorney and strategist with nearly 20 years of experience. Recognized by IAM for eight consecutive years for his expertise in IP strategy, Tom brings deep industry knowledge to Promarix, where he helps guide product development, go-to-market initiatives, and attorney-focused workflows. He holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from Yale University, a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.
